Nancy Bourne nominated as an Education Champion at Path to College’s latest Education Fest

Nancy Bourne, leader of Frisbie Group’s academic initiatives, was an Education Champion nominee at Path to College’s Education Fest.

Their signature event honors outstanding students and those who make a positive impact supporting the work to help students along their journey.

Nancy was one of five local heroes selected who were acknowledged for “their passion and record for moving the needle towards progress in education systems, policies, and programs for marginalized students”.

“EdFest,” as it is known, also provides an opportunity to elevate the conversation about the future of education, connecting business leaders and local professionals to ensure our community has the best education outcomes possible.

“We all play a role in preparing the students of today for tomorrow. It is incredibly important to us at Frisbie Group to support vital community-focused initiatives and programs such as Path to College.”
